ORDER PROCESSING:

Most items generally ship out within 2 weeks from date of order. Bulk custom items may have longer lead times. We will reach out with more specific shipping times when necessary. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is on the way!

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options including UPS, USPS & FedEx.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $500.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We DO NOT accept returns on custom decorated items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
