Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Most items generally ship within 2 weeks from date of order. Bulk custom items may have longer lead times. We will reach out with more specific shipping times when necessary. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is on the way!
SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping rates may vary depending on the agreement that was determined when each custom webstore was created. Shipping rates are detailed within the checkout page.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We DO NOT accept returns on custom decorated items.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
